MRS. ANDREA SCHNEPF
FOUNDER & CEO
Mrs. Schnepf brings over two decades of experience in change management and transformation initiatives, honed first through her tenure at Accenture Management Consulting in London and Singapore, and later through her own U.S.-based business in California.
Her career at Accenture saw her progress from Talent & Organization Analyst to Digital Talent & Organization Consulting Practice Lead, where she spearheaded transformations for global giants in various sectors and established Accenture's first global offering for Digital Talent & Organization. In 2018, she founded nepf LLC in the U.S., continuing to help companies navigate organizational change and transform to thrive in rapidly evolving environments.
Mrs. Schnepf's expertise is underpinned by her academic credentials, including the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor of Science in Digital Multimedia Design and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree.
